Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and another when it ships.

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time
Your delivery window starts when your order is dispatched, not when it's placed. So with 1-2 days of processing plus 7-12 days of shipping, most orders arrive within roughly 8-14 business days of ordering. These are estimates, and occasional delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Rates
Nothing! We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend and no code needed. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Tracking
Yes. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking numbers are usually available within 24-48 hours, and tracking may show little movement for a few days while your package is in transit, which is normal for international shipments.

Customs & Import Duties
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your local customs authority. Unless they're shown and collected at checkout, these are the customer's responsibility. We can't predict the amount, so your local customs office is the best place to check.

What if my order is late, lost or damaged?
Your order may arrive in more than one package. If anything hasn’t arrived within 12 business days, reach out through our contact form with your order number and we’ll look into it right away. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo through the contact form within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
